Job summary

Damar Support Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Partner as an Independent Contractor in Indiana. You will provide care to individuals with disabilities in community/home settings, matching flexibility with your schedule.

The role offers up to 40 hours per week with assignments across Fishers, Carmel, Greenwood, and greater Indianapolis areas. Prior caregiving experience is valued and you will coordinate with clients and caregivers to support growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid Indiana driver's license, vehicle, and insurance.
• No felony convictions or other criminal offenses.
• Positive attitude with clients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to developmentally/intellectually disabled individuals in a home setting to promote growth.
• Assist with medications, daily nutrition, transportation, and activities.
