Job summary

Team Enterprises, Inc. is seeking part-time Promotional Specialists to represent our client’s brand at events across the Bend, Oregon area. You will engage with consumers, build brand affinity, and support event teams to drive awareness and participation.

Ideal candidates have experience in marketing events or as Brand Ambassadors, are 18+, have reliable transportation, and access to a smartphone. The role pays $40 per hour and involves on-site event engagement, setup and breakdown as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client's brand at events in the designated market.

• Work with Regional Manager on event assignments, training and reporting results.

• Capture event recap photos and share insights with the team.
• Help grow client membership and brand presence at events.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are searching for part‑time Promotional Specialists. The Promotional Specialist will represent our client’s brand at events throughout the designated market and will engage with consumers while building brand affinity with key influencers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a very well‑known brand and to help grow its popularity in select markets.

• Execute fun, themed, interactive events with consumers at local events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars and other special events as needed.
• Work with the designated Regional Manager who will assign each event, train and report results
• Encourage consumers to engage and participate in activations
• Distribute marketing materials, promotional items or additional collateral and products provided
• Articulate best practices and trends back to the Regional Manager via recaps and event photos
• Build brand awareness and help increase client members
• Assist in event setup / breakdown of promotional assets

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $40 per hour. Rates may vary based on market, location, and program requirements. The applicable hourly rate will be confirmed during the hiring process.
