Champion AC, based in Austin, TX, seeks a self-motivated plumber for our growing team. The role offers a full-time schedule with an 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday, and potential weekend on-call. Earnings range from $60,000 to $120,000 per year, with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, and PTO.

Training and growth opportunities abound. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of residential plumbing, sales experience, and a valid plumbing license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide plumbing services and maintenance.
• Work with plumbing products (T&S, Sloan, etc.).
• Perform sewer and drain cleaning.
• Operate ServiceTitan for scheduling and documentation.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and sales.
