Job summary

Saela Pest is actively seeking a Pest Control Inspector to join our field team in Northglenn, CO. You will perform residential inspections, educate homeowners, and propose effective pest solutions, while building lasting customer relationships in a high-energy, field-based role.

In this position you’ll meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, enjoy guaranteed base pay for four months, and benefit from uncapped commissions, annual bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Pest Control Inspector

This is a unique opportunity that combines hands-on field work with customer interaction and sales. As a Pest Control Inspector with Saela, you'll inspect homes, identify pest issues, educate homeowners, and recommend solutions that protect their homes and families. This is not a desk job. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in any of the following is helpful, but not required: Pest control, HVAC, construction, roofing, solar, telecommunications, cable or internet installation, route sales, home services, and/or customer-facing field service

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
