Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Oil and/or Propane Service Technician
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for oil burners, boilers, and heating systems
• HVAC service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and communicate with customers and dispatchers
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Commitment to safety, quality and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair oil boilers, burners, and heating systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and system cleanings
• Service and maintain pumps, hoses, nozzles, and related oil heating equipment
• Service and maintain heating oil tanks (interior and exterior)
• Respond to service calls and resolve safety concerns
• Communicate with dispatch and service departments throughout the day
• Maintain accurate records of service and repairs
• Deliver courteous, knowledgeable, and professional service to customers
• Follow safety procedures and uphold high standards for quality and efficiency
• Manage lifting and physical demands up to 50 lbs

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair oil boilers, burners, and heating systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and system cleanings
• Service and maintain pumps, hoses, nozzles, and related oil heating equipment

What You Bring
