Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine Houston in Conroe, TX is seeking a per diem Recovery Coach to support adolescents in a residential treatment program on-site.

Available for Day shifts (6am–2pm) and Evening shifts (2pm–10pm), including Sundays. You will assist with meals, participate in groups, and help clients progress along their recovery journey in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years post-high school education; Bachelor's in Psychology preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a mental/behavioral health setting.
• Valid state-issued Driver's License with safe driving history.
• Strong communication, client relations, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and support clients through their recovery journey.
• Provide support and intervention aligned with the treatment plan.
• Engage clients to develop healthy connections with peers and staff.
• Assist in food preparation and supervise client meals and snacks.
• Expose clients to therapeutic groups and develop core skills.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations.
• Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities.

Monte Nido Clementine Houston, located in Conroe, TX is a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

At Monte Nido Clementine, we support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of the eating disorder. We provide empathy, education, and support to families as partners in the recovery process. We help each adolescent to replace the eating disorder with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their own unique individuality.

We are seeking a per diem Recovery Coach to join the Monte Nido Clementine team.
