Scott Brothers Heating & Air is seeking a skilled residential HVAC Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and service home heating and cooling systems. You will troubleshoot issues, communicate with customers, and educate them on system needs while maintaining inventory for each job.

The role requires 5+ years of residential HVAC experience, knowledge of HVAC codes and safety practices, and a strong focus on customer service. A vehicle and background check are anticipated as part of the process.

Compensation:

• $60,000 - $90,000+/yr

What We Need from YOU:

• Extensive knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
• Customer Service experience required
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
