This role is responsible for overseeing daily installation operations, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC Installation Technicians and helpers to ensure high‑quality installations and performance
• Conduct field quality control and safety inspections on all installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation and system start‑up issues
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to technicians on technical skills, customer service, and company standards
• Collaborate with service, dispatch, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure efficient and timely project completion
• Plan, schedule, and forecast installation workload and staffing needs
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including callbacks and customer satisfaction
• Address escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt, professional resolution
• Lead team meetings and reinforce safety practices, expectations, and company initiatives
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture aligned with Snyder’s core values

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and system start‑up experience (heating and cooling systems)
• Proven ability to coach, train, and develop technicians
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
