We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing Electrical systems. They should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

What will you do?

• Supervision & Leadership: Lead a team of electricians and apprentices, ensuring all work is performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate daily tasks, manage resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Installation & Maintenance: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including wiring, conduits, lighting, and power distribution.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety briefings, and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and electrical codes.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect work for quality and compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the electrical team, project management, and interactions with clients.
• Documentation: Maintain daily work logs, track material usage, and report progress to manager team.

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing.

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $80,000 - $120,000 a year. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
