Amazing Lash Studio Phoenix is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Sales Manager to oversee front desk operations, drive sales performance, and lead a team in a fast-paced spa environment. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, process improvement, and staff training to ensure a smooth daily flow.

The position requires flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with competitive pay, commissions, and benefits.

Manager Qualifications

• Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager.
