The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the property, ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role leads maintenance staff, coordinates repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensures compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Lead Maintenance Technician for Job Code: Lead Maintenance ATX-717L to join our team in a full‑time, on‑site role located in Austin, TX. The Lead Maintenance Technician will manage and perform daily maintenance tasks, conduct preventive maintenance checks, and manage the repair, upkeep, and troubleshooting of equipment and facilities. As a critical part of our property management team, this role ensures the safety, functionality, and aesthetic quality of our properties.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance tasks to ensure all systems and equipment operate efficiently.
