Job summary

Goodwill of the Heartland in Davenport, IA seeks a Full-time Supported Employment Associate to manage a caseload, provide job coaching, coordinate employer relations, and arrange for coaching as needed.

Two years of related experience are required. The role includes data entry and reporting for funders and the finance department, monitoring expenses, and travel between job sites. Competitive PTO, discount, and retirement benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of related work experience.
• Proven ability to coach participants toward employment.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload as program manager for participants.
• Provide job coaching or arrange job coaching for participants.
• Assist orienting clients to host employer policies and procedures.
• Solicit feedback from employers on coaching effectiveness and participant fit.
• Maintain positive relationships with employers and funders.
• Assist with identifying and creating job accommodations and assistive devices.
