Job summary

Main Line Health in Malvern is seeking a Job Coach for the Project SEARCH program to support interns and their departments as they learn workplace tasks.

You will report to the Project SEARCH Coordinator or Senior Job Coach and mentor interns until they can work independently. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and an ACRE license is required. This 75% travel role is a valuable chance to advance in inclusive care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with people with physical and cognitive disabilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ACRE License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the intern and their department.
• Ensure interns complete assigned tasks properly and report complications to the Project SEARCH Coordinator or Senior Job Coach.
• Mentor and coach interns so they can tackle tasks independently.
