Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in San Diego County is seeking a Job Coach II to provide individualized support to clients at competitive employment sites. You will help clients learn job skills, adapt to work environments, and achieve long-term employment success.

The role requires opening availability with schedule variations based on case load and client work times. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a hands-on, supportive team environment focused on client progress and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
• CPR & First Aid certification (training provided)
• Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance preferred.

About the Role:

Schedule:

Open availability, schedule varies on case load and clients work schedules.

Pay:

The pay for this position is $21.50 to $21.50.
