SAILS Washington Vocational Services are provided to people with disabilities under supervision. You will manage a caseload of Community Inclusion and Individual Employment clients, supporting their volunteer or work activities and documenting progress.

Role focuses on coaching, career development, and collaboration with supervisors to achieve positive outcomes, with training across Dayforce and Setworks after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Will support a caseload of clients qualifying for Vocational and Community Inclusion services.
