Job summary

A non-profit organization in Los Angeles is seeking a Job Coach to support clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. ETTA is a non-profit serving the Jewish community in the Los Angeles area. We support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Locations & Schedule

Locations: Santa Monica to North Hollywood (roundtrip / Mon, Wed, Fri); Santa Monica to Beverly Hills (roundtrip / Fridays).

Schedule: Mondays–Fridays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Pick up our client from his home in Santa Monica and take him to his place of employment in Beverly Hills / Pico-Robertson Area on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; perform as his Job Coach at the work site; return home at end of shift (mileage reimbursement provided).


• On Tuesdays and Thursdays, pick up our client from his home in Santa Monica and take him to his place of employment in North Hollywood; perform as his Job Coach at the work site; return home at end of shift (mileage reimbursement provided).

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age


• Valid driver’s license (minimum three years), clean driving record, and insured vehicle (your name listed as an authorized driver)


• Willingness to transport the client using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement)


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Knowledge of Jewish traditions and culture is helpful but not required
