Job summary

Responsibilities

• Modifies or creates implementation documents and complex drawings with limited guidance, applying architectural techniques and procedures requiring independent judgment.
• May coordinate design group interaction with internal and external teams, including consultant collaboration.
• Manages project work of the architectural team and ensures alignment with design intent.
• Performs design computations and document preparation, maintaining information flow to reflect design intent and coordinating with consultants.
• Assists with review and coordination of implementation documents to ensure code and zoning compliance for the project segment.
• May attend client or consultant meetings and participate in team discussions on issues and coordination.
• Travel may be required.

Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of architectural principles, practices and procedures to complete assignments with originality and ingenuity.
