Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a Job Captain to oversee the technical execution of architectural projects, ensure quality, and maintain schedules. The role involves collaborating with consultants, clients, and team members, managing individual workflows, and participating in construction administration tasks such as site visits, document production, and RFIs.

The candidate should have a B.Arch. or equivalent, 4–6 years of architectural project management experience, and strong communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural project management, with 6 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction administration tasks, including document production and site visits.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with consultants, clients, and team members effectively.
  • Ability to manage individual workflow and contribute to team objectives.
  • Experience in shop drawing reviews, RFI responses, and quality control enforcement.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling and workload management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to handle diverse responsibilities.
