Job summary

US Fitness is hiring to join the Strike Studio Team in Towson, MD. You will lead boxing, kickboxing, HIIT, and conditioning classes that challenge members while ensuring safety and enjoyment.

We value CPR/AED certified coaches with strong communication skills and sales instincts who can grow a client base and contribute to events and promotions. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required.
• Experience leading group fitness classes (6+ participants).
• Strong communication and sales instincts.
• Certification in personal training or group fitness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead group classes (boxing, kickboxing, HIIT, conditioning) that are safe and engaging.
• Run movement checks and support members before/after class.
• Build and maintain your training client base and assist with promotions.
• Keep class records, schedules, and studio tidy; replace equipment and report issues.
• Track hours and follow payroll/substitution procedures; attend trainings.
• Represent the club professionally and respond to member needs promptly.

Join our Strike Studio Team and bring the heat - teach fun, safe boxing, kickboxing and HIIT classes, build a loyal client base, and help members hit new PRs in a supportive, high-energy studio.

What you'll do

• Lead group classes (boxing, kickboxing, HIIT, technical conditioning) that are safe, challenging, and fun
• Run Smart Starts / movement checks and support members before/after class
• Build and maintain your training client base and support EP promotions/special events
• Keep class records, schedules, and studio tidy - replace equipment and report issues
• Track hours and follow payroll/substitution procedures; attend mandatory meetings and trainings
• Represent the club with professionalism and respond to member needs promptly

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1 Year instructing groups of 6+ (varied levels)
• CPR/AED certification (required)
• Combat background preferred - 5+ amateur fights or equivalent experience a plus
• Martial arts ranking (purple belt) or similar skill preferred
• Friendly coach with great communication, sales instincts, and a strong work ethic
• Personal training / group fitness certifications helpful
