Job summary

Avertis Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Jitterbit Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise integrations using the Jitterbit Harmony platform. The consultant will work with stakeholders, architects, and application teams to integrate Salesforce, ERP systems, databases, cloud apps, and third-party platforms.

You will design and develop integrations, build APIs and ETL processes, and ensure secure, scalable data flows.

Qualifications

• 4-10+ years of experience with enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Jitterbit Harmony Platform.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML.
• Experience with Salesforce and enterprise applications integration.
• Knowledge of authentication: OAuth, JWT, Basic, SAML.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations using Jitterbit Harmony.
• Build and maintain APIs, web services, ETL processes, and data synchronization solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP, finance, CRM, HR, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop integration mappings, transformations, orchestrations, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to gather requirements.
• Create technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.
• Support production incidents and implement enhancements.
• Adhere to integration governance, security, and best practices.
