Job summary

Jimmy John's Cary is seeking in-shop team members to greet customers, take orders, and craft fast, accurate sandwiches. You will run the register, handle payments, and keep the shop clean between orders, aiming for speed and quality in every interaction.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. This role offers flexible scheduling, free meals on every shift, and opportunities to grow across 100+ stores as you become part of the team.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we will train you.
• Friendly, quick on your feet, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person and by phone.
• Make sandwiches to the restaurant's recipes quickly and accurately.
• Run the register and handle payments accurately.
• Keep tables, floors, stations, and restrooms clean.
• Complete shift checklists honestly and completely.
