Job Details

• Position Jig Grinder (CNC) – all shifts available
• Shift Options: 4‑day schedules available; 15% shift differential
• Target Pay Range: $20–$35/hr
• Set up and operate jig grinding machines to blueprint specifications
• Complete production paperwork, inspections, and daily equipment maintenance
• Maintain tools, gauges, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards
• Work within tight tolerances (+/- .0002) and support a high‑mix machining environment

Requirements

• Experience setting up and operating jig grinders or similar precision grinders
• Ability to read blueprints, job orders, and tolerance/finish requirements
• Strong understanding of precision grinding techniques
• Willingness to learn additional CNC skills
• Able to maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and follow safety protocols
