Job summary

Jiffy Lube / Katrib Automotive Services, Inc. is seeking Store Managers for San Bernardino and Colton, CA. This full-time role offers a starting pay range up to $27.00 per hour and a pathway through MIT training.

You will lead daily center operations, drive service standards, and mentor staff in a fast-paced automotive setting. Responsibilities include labor control, customer service excellence, OSHA compliance, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years of automotive management experience.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Certificate of Completion from accredited automotive program preferred.
• Hands-on automotive experience and good people skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a Jiffy Lube service center following company standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff while controlling labor costs.
• Ensure customer service quality and profitability; coach team as needed.
• Maintain safety, OSHA compliance, and environmental regulations.
• Schedule staff and manage inventory and shop cleanliness.
• Explain services and products to customers and provide recommendations.
• Handle cash and generate reports; ensure proper documentation.
• Support a positive work environment and uphold code of ethics.

Store Manager

We are currently searching for full time Store Managers and Managers in Training (MIT's) for our San Bernadino and Colton.

Starting Pay Range up to $27.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Store Manager duties include the managing of overall daily operations of a Jiffy Lube service center in accordance to the policies and procedures set by Jiffy Lube International and Katrib Automotive Services. Inc. while ensuring optimal customer service, labor control and profitability. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers and fellow employees while evaluating their needs and providing the support they need.

• Follow Jiffy Lube International J-Team Service Standards.
• Use reference materials for filter applications and manufacturers' recommendations.
• Hire, train, discipline and supervise employees in accordance with applicable laws/regulations
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations
• Schedule employees / Maintain labor costs
• Able to learn and use verbal bay safety commands.
• Provide superior customer service, including explaining services & products.
• Must be able to operate various makes and models of passenger vehicles.
• Report Workers' Compensation claims
• Maintain training requirements as directed by company standards.
• Responsible for Inventory, labor management, and control of costs for your multi care center.
• Follow NLC|SRTMT, Inc. Code of Ethics.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop, tools and facilities.

Prerequisites:

• Must have minimum 2 years of Automotive Management experience.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Certificate of Completion from accredited Automotive Program (Preferred)

Qualifications:

• Have effective interpersonal, oral communication skills
• Hands on Automotive experience
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to perform/ understand calculations and reports
• Knowledge of cash handling, safety and OSHA policies

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid CA Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Good verbal communication.
• Must be able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending & reaching.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must be able to work in outdoor environment.
• Must be available for occasional travel up to 15 miles.
