Job summary

Leading Solutions, LLC is seeking a Joint Fires Observer (JFO) Instructor / Project Lead to oversee daily contractor operations at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, supporting the Fires Center of Excellence and the 428th Field Artillery Brigade. This is a working instructor role with added leadership duties and on-site liaison responsibilities.

The Project Lead coordinates workforce activities, maintains training readiness, and interfaces between contractor personnel and Government representatives, with

Qualifications

• Meet one of the following experience pathways: three years of verifiable JTAC experience with active duties; or FAC(A) experience with three years of active duties; or eight years of continuous active military service with two years of JTAC/FAC(A) experience.
• Provide official qualification documentation (AF Form 8, AF Form 3827, etc.).
• At least six months experience operating CFFT or DVTE, including scenario creation/loading/editing.
• Read, write, speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily contractor operations and coordinate instructor assignments, coverage, and training support.
• Serve as contractor liaison with the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
• Manage and direct contractor workforce and exercise delegated authority over resources and decisions.
• Monitor instructor qualifications, certification status, training readiness, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with leadership to address staffing gaps and administrative requirements.
• Maintain personnel accountability and report weekly status information.
