Signet Jewelers is seeking a Store Manager for our Banter by Piercing Pagoda team. The role focuses on achieving sales and profit goals, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and leading a team through training and performance evaluation.

The Store Manager will recruit staff, enforce policies, and drive operational excellence in a retail environment. The position emphasizes integrity, diversity, and advancement opportunities, with a pathway from within and ongoing training on sales

Formación

• At least one year of retail management experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Maintain daily focus on standards achievement to hit sales and profit projections
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation
• Recruit and select team members and manage P&L; follow company policies and procedures
