Job summary

Zales is seeking energetic jewelry consultants to deliver a superior customer experience in our stores. You will engage customers, present merchandise with details on features, discuss extended service plans and financing options, and strive to meet personal and team sales goals.

Base pay is $16.00–$25.60 per hour plus commission; full-time team members receive medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO and holidays, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Positive, customer-focused approach with excellent communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
• Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products.
• Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options.
