Job summary

Jared Jewelers, part of the Signet Jewelers family, is seeking engaged jewelry sales associates to deliver a superior customer experience in a retail setting. You will engage customers, present merchandise, discuss features, benefits, service plans and financing options, and work toward sales goals.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, jewelry-related experience, and a flexible schedule to cover peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry.
• Desire to help our customers celebrate the special moments in their lives.
• Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
