Qualifications

• Sales, retail or jewelry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Commitment to excellence and refreshing shopping experience.
• Goal oriented with sales drive and passion to succeed.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass a drug test.
• Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and coach teammates on service.
• Achieve personal targets such as credit applications and protection plan attachment.
• Promote Diamond Parties and events with customers.
• Collaborate with team to reach store goals and support each other.
• Build clienteling connections to foster loyalty.
• Provide product knowledge and guide in selecting jewelry pieces.
• Advise on quality, cuts, and value of gems; assist with settings.
• Handle POS transactions and payment processing.
• Inspect and clean jewelry; estimate repairs.
• Perform watch battery replacements and band adjustments.
• Display merchandise per merchandising plans; open/close store as required.
