Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections; present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits; offer extended service plans and financing options; work with the sales team to provide a superior experience and meet individual and team sales goals; may assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
