Pandora is seeking a Sales Lead for our Magnificent Mile location to drive performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and coach a dynamic team. This role requires passion for the brand, 2+ years in a high-energy retail environment, and the ability to engage fans with product knowledge and a customer-first mindset.

You will partner with store leadership to exceed KPIs, foster loyalty, and model brand ambassadors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in your communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Strong time management and delegation of tasks when needed.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and retail POS systems.
