Job summary

The TJ Maxx in Chamblee, GA is hiring for a role focused on delivering a Highly Satisfied Customer Experience by engaging with customers and maintaining an organized store. You’ll be cross-trained across departments to support business needs and uphold our REACH philosophy.

Responsibilities include promoting TJX Rewards, supporting front-end coverage, merchandising, loss prevention and safety, and ensuring accurate POS procedures.

• Deliver a Highly Satisfied Customer Experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying REACH philosophy and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Cross-trained in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Promote TJX Rewards credit and loyalty programs.
• Support and respond to Front End coverage as well as Dressing Room and Jewelry needs.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for sales floor and participate in maintenance/cleanliness of entire store.
• Balance register draws and or cash office as required.
