Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring passionate sales teammates to join our in-store team. As a member of the Sales Team, you’ll provide a superior customer experience and help customers celebrate life and express love with beautiful jewelry.

You’ll engage customers, present merchandise, discuss features, financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. Flexible scheduling across peak hours is preferred, with opportunities for full-time or part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred.
• Flexible availability to work during peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and desires.
• Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products.
• Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options.
