Kay Jewelers in the United States is seeking dedicated sales team members for Seasonal, Part-Time and Full-Time roles. You will engage customers, present merchandise with knowledge of features and benefits, and discuss service plans and financing options to help customers celebrate life’s moments.

Flexibility to work peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required. We offer base pay plus commission and a range of benefits to support our team’s growth and development.

Qualifications

• A desire to help our customers celebrate the special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer -focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
