The role may support supervisory duties for the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, rewarding teamwork and excellence in customer service. A strong commitment to integrity and growth is expected.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all customers and meet sales goals.
• May also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
