You’ll work with a passionate team, maintain brand standards, and flex your schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays. The role offers bonus potential, a 401K plan, and store discounts, with hourly pay of $20.60–$24.65 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class shopping experience and surpass sales goals by engaging fans with product knowledge.
• Build brand loyalty by creating memorable interactions and guiding customers in styling jewelry.
• Uphold merchandising and retail standards to ensure smooth store operations.
• Be cross‑trained across store functions and mentor new team members as needed.
