Responsibilities

• Deliver a Highly Satisfied Customer Experience by engaging with customers and following the REACH philosophy.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role models REACH principles with customers and supports a positive store culture.
• Support and respond to Front End coverage as well as Dressing Room and Jewelry needs.
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor.
• Balance register draws and assist with cash handling when required.
• Tag, hang, and return go backs promptly to the sales floor as needed.
• Partner with Merchandising to create features and ensure proper tagging and signage.
• Identify and communicate safety issues to management and loss prevention.
