Job summary

Experience in jewelry or retail is helpful, with opportunities to advance and participate in training programs. Base pay is complemented by commissions and extensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
