As a Sales Team member you will engage customers to understand needs, present merchandise with clear feature details, discuss service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. Base pay plus commission and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A desire to help customers celebrate the special moments in their lives.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
