Job summary

Zales, part of Signet Jewelers, is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to deliver a superior customer experience in our jewelry stores. As a member of the Sales Team you will engage customers, present merchandise, explain features and benefits, and discuss service plans and financing options while aiming to meet sales goals.

A background in customer service or retail is preferred, with flexible availability for peak hours.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Positive, customer-focused approach and strong communication skills.
• Relational skills and ability to build customer relationships.
