Kay Jewelers is now hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. As a member of our Sales Team you are responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers and will engage them to understand needs, present merchandise, and explain features, benefits, and financing options.

We offer base pay ranging from $16.90 to $20.50 per hour plus commission, plus medical, dental, vision and prescription insurance, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• A desire to help our customers celebrate the special moments in their lives.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
