Job summary

beeline Group is seeking a field-focused merchandising representative to travel among a network of retail locations in Illinois. You will build strong relationships with store staff, maintain and reset jewelry fixtures, conduct regular inventories, and perform routine administrative tasks. This is a hands-on, travel-heavy role reporting to a District Manager.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, with reliable transportation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Experience managing inventory and maintaining fixtures in a retail setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with store teams.
• Comfort with technology, email, and internet-based tools.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and complete administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and service 3–20 retail locations within assigned territory.
• Be the face of beeline Group and build relationships with store teams.
• Maintain and refresh fixtures with jewelry and accessories.
• Conduct inventories and keep fixture areas clean and organized.
• Complete routine administrative tasks and report to a District Manager.

Job description

• Travel throughout an assigned territory of approximately 3–20 retail locations
• Serve as the face of beeline Group and build relationships with retail store teams
• Maintain fixtures with jewelry and accessories
• Conduct multiple inventories
• Keep fixture areas clean and organized

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Driver’s License (with limited metropolitan-market exception subject to Supervisor approval)
• Proof of insurance, vehicle registration, and license validity verified regularly
• Able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds
• Able to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and kneel
• General availability to train during daytime business hours
• Comfortable with technology
• Access to the internet and an email account
• Able to work effectively without extensive supervision
