Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Process Engineer to improve on-time delivery, reduce costs, and maintain safety and quality in its manufacturing operations.

The role involves hands-on evaluation of processes, applying Lean tools, and collaborating with Manufacturing to resolve issues and validate process controls. The engineer will support New Product Integration, establish process parameters, validate drawings, MES instructions, and BOMs/Routes, and lead process improvement projects while training

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Systems) with 8+ years or M.S. with 2+ years.
  • Experience with Time Study or Work Measurement standards.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on teamwork.
  • Ability to understand, communicate, and create technical manufacturing documentation.
  • Experience with cGMP documentation practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Improve on-time delivery, reduce costs, and maintain high quality and safety standards.
  • Work hands-on to evaluate and refine existing manufacturing processes.
  • Lead new process and process improvement projects and train personnel; update documentation.
  • Provide manufacturing process expertise for New Product Integration and validate MES instructions and BOMs/Routes.
