Qualifications

• Experienced in cleaning silver and jewelry, including silver, gold, and platinum and precious stones.
• Experienced with jewelry cleaning equipment such as tumblers, ultrasonics, and steam cleaners.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Wash and plate polished items according to production and quality standards.
• Verify the accuracy and quality of all orders from washout to repair order paperwork.
• Maintain assigned orders in an organized manner; update repairs and production reports.
• Inform management of concerns about processing, work capacity, and merchandise quality.
• Assist other technicians to ensure timely completion of department work.
• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting other department areas as needed.
