Fred Meyer Jewelers, Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented team member to coordinate merchandise inventory and online offerings based on business needs. This role models the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, and safety.

The position requires 2 years in jewelry or related field, a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass a drug test, and to work weekends occasionally with travel as needed. You will support online and in-store operations and protect confidentiality.

Minimum

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus 2 years' experience in the jewelry industry; or combination of relevant education and experience
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to pass drug test
• Ability to work weekends on an occasional basis
• Ability to travel independently on a regular basis
• Maintain confidentiality
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• Ability to organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects
• Familiarity with industry terms/processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Ability to continue education as necessary
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 7,000 SPH ten-key
• 60 WPM typing
• Valid driver's license

Desired

• Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies, procedures, and organizational structure
• Proficient knowledge of financial statements and budgets
• Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise for online store and phone store
• Maintain supply stock
• Review orders for fraudulent activity
• Maintain customer special order programs
• Maintain clean, organized distribution center
• Assist in back up for eCommerce Customer Service Representative
