Pandora in Daytona Beach is seeking a Sales Lead to champion the brand, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help drive store performance.

You will lead the team, exceed sales goals, coach associates, and create memorable shopping moments with deep product knowledge. The role requires at least 2 years in a high-performance retail environment and availability nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes $16.85–$21.00 per hour plus bonuses and a 401K plan.
