Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Lexington, KY invites applicants to join a jewelry craftsperson trainee program.

You will learn to produce fine jewelry using our precious metals and stones, following Tiffany's training guidelines and quality standards. You will work in a team, adhere to safety procedures, and complete a 2- to 10-week training track to transition skills to setters, jewelers, or polishers while upholding Tiffany values.

The Craftsperson trainee will learn to produce Fine jewelry using materials and instruction provided by Tiffany & Co. to meet company expectations following prescribed training guidelines. Must comply with all Tiffany & Co. policies and procedures.

Work safely at all times by consistently following safe work procedures for jewelers, as well as all safety procedures required at your worksite. Promote safety by making suggestions for improvement and promptly reporting all incidents and safety issues to your team leader.

Participate in a 2- 10 week Tiffany & Co. craftsperson training program and learn to work with precious metals and gem stones in a Setter, Jeweler or Polisher capacity, while learning Tiffany and Company quality and production standards. Ability to transition skills to precious stones.

Work in a team environment maintaining a positive and respectful work place. Comply with Tiffany & Company policies and procedures while maintaining professional conduct at all times. Participate and carry out all assigned tasks and any other team requirements.
