Guildner Pipeline Maintenance is seeking a Jet Vac Operator to join our Colorado team. You will operate jet vac and hydro excavation trucks to clean and excavate, read maps/prints, and document services performed on the job. The role requires CDL A or B and the ability to work outdoors in demanding conditions.

We value safety and reliability, with opportunities to grow as equipment needs evolve. Expect to work both independently and as part of a team in a field environment with potential travel

Qualifications

• CDL A or B license required.
• Previous heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Able to pass work physical, drug test and background check.
• Willing to work outside in demanding conditions.
• Enter manholes and work in confined spaces; willing to travel out of town when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate jet vac and hydro excavation trucks using high pressure water and vacuum systems for cleaning and digging.
• Hydro excavating to pothole, trench, locate utilities; jet flush sewers and farm lines; vacuum pits.
• Maintain equipment and keep it clean inside and out.
• Follow company policies.
• Exellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Read maps/prints.
• Work alone or in a team.
• Document services performed on the job.
• Mechanically inclined - some repairs to equipment may be necessary.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Operate jet vac and hydro excavation trucks through the course of a job using high pressure water and vacuum systems for cleaning and excavations.
• Work includes but is not limited to hydro excavating to pothole, trench and locate utilities, and also jet flush city sewers, storm sewers and farm lines along with vacuuming of car wash pits and farm pits.
• Responsible for maintaining equipment and keeping it clean inside and out.
• Responsible for following company policies.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read maps/prints.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Effective timekeeping, time management, and documentation of services performed on the job.
• Mechanically inclined - some repairs to equipment may be necessary.
