Cycle Springs Powersports is seeking a Watercraft Technician to diagnose, repair, and service jet boats and personal watercraft, in alignment with manufacturer specifications and company guidelines.

The role requires 2+ years in powersports repair, Florida driver license, and strong customer service skills; training and certifications are highly valued. This position supports a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related technician experience in the powersports industry required.
• Formal training and certification in watercraft mechanics program highly preferred.
• Factory certified from Yamaha, Sea-Doo, Kawasaki, Scarab highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Unrestricted valid Florida driver license.
• Excellent work history and customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose root of problem.
• Excellent communication with Service Advisors regarding repair status.
• Maintain and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and service jet boats and personal watercraft.
• Complete warrantied repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Complete all routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot problems with systems.
• Communicate timeframe for repairs and service needed with Service Advisor.
• Install new parts as needed.
• Perform repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
