Job summary

Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking a Leadership in Training candidate to grow into a future management role. The program lasts 8-10 weeks and covers operations and leadership responsibilities with hands-on coaching and real-time feedback.

The role requires strong communication and a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with flexible availability including evenings and weekends. This is an in-person, hourly position at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations

• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed, including food preparation and guest service
