Jersey Mike's is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help run daily operations at our California location. You will lead shifts, coach teammates on speed and accuracy, and ensure a consistently great Jersey Mike's guest experience.

Ideal candidates have shift leadership experience in food service, strong communication, and a proactive attitude. The role includes opening/closing duties, cash handling, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

As Assistant Manager, you'll help run the floor, keep the team sharp, and make sure every guest gets that Jersey Mike's experience--fast, friendly, and done right.
